If you are unable to receive a verification code when logging into Skyline VPN, it may be due to the following reasons:
Possible Causes
1️⃣ Blocked by Carrier
• Due to strict anti-fraud regulations, some SMS verification codes may be automatically blocked by mobile carriers.
2️⃣ Number Restricted by Carrier
• If a phone number requests multiple verification codes within a short period, the carrier may temporarily block further messages.
3️⃣ Use of Virtual Carrier Numbers
• Virtual carrier numbers (e.g., Google Voice, Mi Mobile) may not support SMS verification.
4️⃣ Temporary Service Outage
• SMS gateways may experience temporary disruptions, causing delays or failures in code delivery.
Solutions
✅ Try a Different Phone Number
• Use an alternative phone number for login.
✅ Avoid Virtual Carrier Numbers
• Use a phone number from a major carrier (e.g., China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom) instead of a virtual provider.
✅ Wait and Retry
• If the code does not arrive, wait 10-15 minutes before attempting again.
Important Recommendation: Link Your Username & Email!
