# 无法使用 Windows 客户端？

**Skyline 目前支持 Windows 10 和 Windows 11 系统。**

**如果您遇到无法使用 Windows 客户端的情况，可能是以下原因：**

1. **客户端版本过旧**

👌 解决方法：

卸载旧版并更新到最新版

2. **系统时间不同步**

👌 解决方法：

点击 Windows 图标 → 设置 → 时间和语言 → 日期和时间 → 打开自动同步时间和时区 → 同步时间

3. **其他虚拟网卡** 占用了资源，导致 Skyline 的网卡无法正常工作。

👌 解决方法：

• 请彻底关闭所有加速软件

• 检查并卸载占用的虚拟网卡和相关软件（如 VMware、加速器等）

操作步骤：

控制面板 → 网络和共享中心 → 查看网络 → 更改适配器设置 → 检查是否有虚拟网卡在运行，如有，请卸载该网卡及对应软件。

4. **杀毒软件的干扰**

👌 解决方法：

卸载 360 系列、火绒、腾讯管家、金山毒霸、McAfee 等杀毒软件，卸载 Skyline，重启电脑后重新安装 Skyline，登录账户并选择节点，即可畅享互联网自由！
