Unable to Use the Windows Client?

Skyline currently supports Windows 10 and Windows 11.
If you are experiencing issues using the Windows client, it may be due to the following reasons:

1️⃣ Outdated Client Version

🔧 Solution:
Uninstall the old version and update to the latest version.

2️⃣ System Time Synchronization Issue

🔧 Solution:
1.Click the Windows icon → Settings → Time & Language → Date & Time
2.Enable automatic time synchronization and time zone adjustment
3.Click Sync now

3️⃣ Interference from Other Virtual Network Adapters

Other virtual network adapters may be occupying resources, preventing Skyline’s network adapter from functioning properly.

🔧 Solution:
Close all acceleration software completely.
Check and uninstall any virtual network adapters and related software (e.g., VMware, VPN accelerators).

Steps:
1.Open Control Panel → Network and Sharing Center
2.Click Change Adapter Settings
3.Identify and uninstall any running virtual network adapters and their corresponding software

4️⃣ Interference from Antivirus Software

Certain antivirus programs may disrupt Skyline’s functionality.

🔧 Solution:
Uninstall antivirus software such as 360 Security, Huorong, Tencent Manager, Kingsoft Antivirus, McAfee, etc.
Then, uninstall Skyline, restart your computer, reinstall Skyline, log in, and select a node to enjoy unrestricted internet access.
