🚫 ** Local network restrictions**, blocking the DNS resolution of Skyline’s service interface.
✅ Solutions
1️⃣ Try Reconnecting Multiple Times
Due to network fluctuations, you can attempt to log in multiple times or ** switch to different server nodes** to establish a stable connection.
2️⃣ Change DNS Servers to Improve Resolution Success Rate
Manually update the DNS settings on your ** Windows device**:
-Recommended DNS Addresses:
119.29.29.29 (Tencent Public DNS)
223.5.5.5 (Alibaba Public DNS)
Steps to Change DNS Settings:
1.Open Control Panel → Network and Internet → Network and Sharing Center
2.Click Change Adapter Settings
3.Right-click on your ** active network connection** and select Properties
4.Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click ** Properties**
